Nia Crosson is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in application development and support. Currently at Music Choice since December 2018, Nia has previously worked as a software developer at STI Computer Services and BMO Harris Bank, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining production applications, developing new features, and collaborating with various teams. Nia began a career in technology as an IT consultant through FDM Group, completing a developer training program before being placed at BMO Harris Bank for two years. Early roles included providing technical support and maintaining equipment as a Laptop Support Center Assistant and Lab Assistant at St. John's University, where Nia earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
