Indigo Fischer is an experienced music professional with a diverse background in artistic operations and performance. Currently serving as the Artistic Operations Manager at Music Academy since June 2021, Indigo has previously held roles there as Artistic Operations Coordinator and Artistic Program Coordinator and Artist Liaison, providing comprehensive support for guest artist appearances during summer festivals. As co-founder and flutist of Quintessence, Wind Quintet from October 2019 to August 2021, Indigo managed scheduling and responded to inquiries while maintaining the sheet music library. Educationally, Indigo holds a Master of Music in Flute Performance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance from the University of Colorado Boulder, alongside early training at Interlochen Arts Academy. Additional experience includes roles as Graduate Teaching Assistant and various box office positions, further showcasing expertise in both performance and operational management within the arts.
