Megan McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Megan is currently the Workforce Management Initiative Lead at Musgrave since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon from 2020 to 2023, holding various roles such as Senior Program Manager, Program Manager in PXT Solutions and Program Manager in People Tech, where they successfully launched Time & Attendance solutions for Amazon's customers in the EU. Megan also has experience as a Program Manager in Vendor Operations & Procurement at Amazon. Before joining Amazon, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Project Manager, where they implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and contributed to the global technology strategy for the company. Megan also has experience at RTÉ as an Audience Research Associate / Audience Insights Analyst, and at Inflight Dublin as a Procurement Manager and Senior Account Executive.

Megan McDonnell completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Psychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology in 2013. Megan later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Analytics from Dublin Business School from 2016 to 2018.
