Adriana Janicka is a Senior UX/UI Designer at Musgrave since August 2019, specializing in Loyalty and Personalisation for products like SuperValu Real Rewards and the Frank and Honest app. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth user research and usability testing to guide design decisions. Previously, as a UX/UI Designer, Adriana focused on user-centric experiences for SuperValu and Centra, including usability testing and prototyping. Prior experience at SAP involved designing intuitive prototypes for sports products and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Adriana has a research background in Animal Computer Interaction from a summer program at the University of Limerick and interned at SAP, contributing to various design projects. Adriana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Design from the University of Limerick.
