Briony Jones is an accomplished professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Human Resources and Employee Relations Officer at the Museum of New Mexico Foundation since July 2024. Previously, Briony held the position of Human Resources Manager at Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless, responsible for overseeing the employee life cycle for 85 staff members across various disciplines while also conducting training related to employment law and performance management. Briony’s writing background includes serving as the lead writer for the _Water Matters!_ publication at The University of New Mexico School of Law and significant roles at the University of New Mexico Press, where expertise in rights management and contracts was developed. Briony’s academic credentials include an MA (Hons) in English Language from The University of Edinburgh and two graduate degrees from The University of New Mexico: an MA in Linguistics and an MS in Law.
