Lucyna Gloria, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at the Museum of Ice Cream since 2024. Prior to this role, Lucyna held various positions at Starbucks from 2004 to 2023, including Regional Director of Operations and Licensed District Manager. Lucyna also worked as a District Manager and Operations Consultant for Starbucks EMEA in 2009, contributing expertise to the opening of the Polish market. Lucyna earned a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1995 and 1999.
