Kelley Katan is an experienced museum educator currently working at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego since April 2023. Previously, Kelley served as an Education Specialist at the San Diego History Center from June 2021 to May 2023. Katan has held various roles in education and administration, including positions as an Administrative Assistant at the San Diego Mesa College Foundation, Sales Associate at The San Diego Museum of Art, and Academic Coach at Helix Charter High School. Katan's diverse experience also includes roles at Mingei International Museum and Scripps Health. Katan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Ceramic Arts from Cranbrook Academy of Art, a Certificate in Museology from San Diego Mesa College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from San Diego State University.
