Lauren Cauley, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources Generalist at ServiceSource, Inc., recognized for exceptional recruiting services with the President’s Award in December 2021. An expert in the Workday HRIS system and a SHRM Certified Professional, Lauren successfully piloted a company-wide Diversity and Inclusion initiative. Previous roles include Learning and Development Specialist, where Lauren enhanced compliance training for over 200 staff, and Direct Support Professional, developing vocational training for individuals with disabilities. In addition, Lauren serves as a Lead Artist at Muse Paintbar and as a Fit Pro and Associate Instructor at Jazzercise Inc. Lauren's educational background includes dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Biology from Virginia Tech.
