Kate Zirpolo is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Finance and Operations Associate at the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education, Kate has streamlined invoicing workflows and established onboarding protocols for new hires. In addition, Kate operates an online virtual assistant business, focusing on supporting small businesses and STEM female faculty. Previous positions include Chief of Staff at Legit, Office Manager roles at Ohana Biosciences and Greentown Labs, and a Center Coordinator position at the Harvard Center for Green Buildings and Cities. Kate holds a BFA in Theatre Design from Emerson College and an MS in Nutrition from Simmons University.
