Tina Schaffner has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, holding key positions at various companies. Currently, Tina serves as the HR Manager at Musco Lighting since June 2011. Previous roles include PDT Advisor at Cosma International Group of Magna International from July 2008 to June 2011 and HR Generalist at Montezuma Manufacturing from 2005 to 2008. Tina's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at UNICCO UGL Secure Services, CertainTeed Corporation, and Cunningham, Inc. Tina holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Development from Drake University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management from William Penn University.
