Tim Votava has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer at Musco Lighting since 1993. Votava leads the Controls Engineering Team, managing various engineers and coordinators to oversee the development and production of embedded lighting controller products. Responsibilities include project management from concept through to production release, along with enhancements for existing products. Prior roles at MicroLite included significant engineering responsibilities and product support, starting as a Test Engineer. Tim Votava began their career in technical support at Omega C.G. Limited, advancing to manage a support team. Tim Votava holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
