Manikandan Sridhar possesses extensive experience in the ophthalmology sector, currently serving as a Sales Application Specialist at Muscat Pharmacy & Stores LLC since March 2023. In this role, responsibilities include introducing various types of intraocular lenses (IOLs) to ophthalmologists and collaborating closely with them to determine the appropriate surgical approach. Prior to this, Manikandan held the position of Phaco Development Specialist at Alcon from October 2017 to March 2023, where training surgeons and hospital staff on phacoemulsification surgery was a key focus. Beginning a career as a Product Specialist at Appasamy Associates from February 2010 to August 2017, essential skills were developed in product development, design, and device testing. Manikandan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bharathiyar College of Engineering and Technology and completed pre-university studies in Biology at Arul Sasthaya.
