Robert Wong is an experienced customer service professional with extensive expertise in managing service operations within the electronics and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Muscat Electronics LLC since April 2016, Wong oversees after-sales support for DAIKIN air-conditioning systems. Prior to this role, Wong was the Head of Customer Service at Muscat Air-conditioning and Electronics LLC and held managerial positions at COSMIC COMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORK, PIXEL DIGITAL SYSTEMS, and xerox modicorp limited, where responsibilities included developing business strategies, implementing quality systems, and providing product training.
