Anna Koelln is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and education. Currently serving as the VBS Business Development and Risk Contracting lead at Elevance Health since 2020, Anna focuses on expanding risk-based contracts in the commercial space and partnering with specialist providers. In parallel roles as an Advisory Board Member for LitCentral, Inc. and Murrieta Genomics since 2019, Anna contributes to strategic partnerships and value-based care initiatives. Previous experience includes leadership roles in bundled payment models at UnitedHealth Group and Remedy Partners, as well as project management and operational leadership at the American Institutes for Research and Learning Point Associates. Anna began a career in education as a teacher at Chicago Public Schools after earning a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Towson University.
