Andy D Bass has extensive experience in business development and compliance within the uniform industry, currently serving as the Business Development & ESG Director at Murray Uniforms Ltd since July 1979. Andy has held various roles, including Director of Sales, ESG & Compliance, and DIRECTOR CEO, focusing on strategic partnerships with clients to enhance brand identity through uniquely designed uniforms while promoting employee well-being initiatives. Previously, as a partner at the Owners of the Science of Uniform from 1982 to 2009, Andy developed innovative uniform solutions across multiple sectors. Education includes a Tailors Craft Certificate in Pattern Development & Clothing Design from Sandwell College of Further Education, and ongoing studies at Aston University.
