Rob Chumley has been with Murphy USA since December 2015, serving as SVP of Marketing. Prior to that, they spent six years with 7-Eleven, where they were responsible for creating and leading a dedicated Business/Retail Innovation team. Under their leadership, the team introduced a number of successful initiatives, including a store redesign function, two new store prototypes, and a mobile app with over 5 million downloads. Rob also oversaw the development of a customer loyalty program that generated over 50 million transactions in 2015. In addition, they established 7-Ventures, a corporate venture capital entity that invested in seven different organizations.
Throughout their career, Rob Chumley has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. Their experience in both the retail and marketing industries makes him ideally suited to their current role at Murphy USA.
Rob Chumley reports to Andrew Clyde, President & CEO. They are on a team with Terry Hatten - SVP, Human Resources & Interim Chief Information Officer, John Moore - SVP & General Counsel, and Renee Bacon - SVP, Sales & Operations.
