Shanta Gilliam is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Global IT Help Desk and End User Experience Manager at Murphy Oil Corporation since September 2023. Previously, Shanta worked at Amdocs from February 2000 to November 2023, where Shanta held the position of IT Technologies Manager, leading service improvement projects and managing incident response initiatives, along with oversight of a global Desktop Services team. Earlier in Shanta's career, a role as Group Lead/Senior PC Analyst involved providing advanced systems support and troubleshooting across various PC technologies. Shanta began the career at Unity Health Systems as a Senior PC Support Technician, specializing in hardware support for medical environments. Shanta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Columbia College and an Associate's degree in Computer Technology from Vatterott College. Additional educational involvement includes programs at the St. Louis Regional Chamber.
