Stephanie Terek Oliphant possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within human resources and grassroots activism. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Partner at Murphy Nasica since February 2015, Stephanie's prior roles include Director of Field Activism and Florida State Director at Generation Opportunity, where engagement of youth on economic policies was a primary focus. Experience also includes Vice President for Community Development at Pensacola Young Professionals, managing community issues awareness, and overseeing the Government Affairs committee. Additional expertise includes managing over 700 chapters for ACT! for America, serving as a Campaign Consultant for the Dave Bitner Campaign, and working as a Legislative Aide for the Florida House of Representatives. Stephanie's early career includes roles within the Department of Labor and the White House. Stephanie holds a BA in Government-Policy from Patrick Henry College.
