Tim Casper is a seasoned litigation attorney currently employed at Murphy Desmond S.C. since April 2013. With a robust background in insurance defense, Tim served as Counsel for AIG at Handlin & Associates from 2001 to 2013, where responsibilities included case management and personnel oversight. Prior roles include positions at Werstein, Smith & Wilson and the Law Offices of William H. Luck, Jr. Tim also operated a private practice from 1994 to 1996 and worked in various law offices in Madison, WI, from 1981 to 1994. Tim Casper earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
