Jean-Marc Yannou currently serves as VP Strategy & Innovation at Murata Integrated Passive Solutions since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jean-Marc held various positions at ASE Group from September 2012 to September 2024, including Technical Director for ASE Europe and Senior Technologist. Jean-Marc has been actively involved with IMAPS France as President of the France Chapter since September 2010, focusing on semiconductor packaging events and conferences. Previous experience includes serving as Director at InnoTechno, Senior Analyst for Advanced Packaging at Yole Développement, and SiP Innovation Manager at both NXP and Philips Semiconductors. Jean-Marc's career began at Texas Instruments as a Test & Product Engineer. Educational background includes studies at Grenoble INP - UGA and ENSERG INPG.
