Mark Anthony Mendoza is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at Mural Consulting since May 2022, Mark has demonstrated skills in configuring hardware and software to establish efficient workstations while effectively communicating technical information to non-technical users. Prior to this, Mark held the position of IT Team Lead at Accenture from June 2006 to May 2022, where responsibilities included generating quality improvement reports and maintaining operational networks. Mark's earlier experience as an IT Specialist at DHL Global Forwarding involved providing user support and troubleshooting guidance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University, completed in 2001.
