Wouter Claassens has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wouter started their career at HM Leers as a Sales Engineer from April 1996 to December 1997. Wouter then joined DeLaval as a Product Manager in January 1998 and worked there until October 2001. Wouter later joined Munters in November 2001 as a Sales Engineer and held various roles including Application Manager, Global Director of Product Management, and Global Director of Business Development. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Sales and Business Development at Munters, a position they have held since June 2019.

Wouter Claassens obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Pretoria, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995.
