Prof. (Dr.) Neetika Batra is an accomplished academic and seasoned finance professional, currently serving as a Non-Executive Independent Director at Metalman Auto Limited and MUNJAL SHOWA LTD, as well as at Shivam Autotech Limited since August 2023. With a distinguished career at the School of Inspired Leadership since May 2011, Prof. Batra holds the positions of Chair and Professor of Finance, in addition to serving as Dean and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, managing a full-time program while engaging in research primarily focused on banking and finance. Prior to these roles, Prof. Batra garnered extensive experience as Vice President of Corporate Finance at SBI Capital Markets from 1990 to 2000, where substantial responsibilities included overseeing funds syndication and finance advisory work. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Banking and Finance from Delhi University, a Master of Finance and Control from the same university, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
