Martin Jimenez, MBA, serves as the Director of Information Technology at Municipio de San Juan since January 2021. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of CEO at All-Tech Solutions from January 2007 to December 2020, where expertise included cyber-security, information systems analysis, network infrastructure, and software development. Martin earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix Puerto Rico from 2009 to 2012.
