Orlando M Delgado González is an experienced urban planner currently serving as the Land Use Planning Office Director for the Municipio Autónomo de Ponce since December 2022, where responsibilities include advising the Mayor on land use processes and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. In addition to this role, Orlando acts as a Consulting Planner for On Mobility LLC and has founded Munchies Puerto Rico, the first food delivery app on the west side of the island. Previous positions include planning roles with municipalities, where Orlando focused on land use analyses, zoning information, and public outreach related to the impact of hurricanes. Orlando holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Bachelor's degree in History and International Relations from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
