Gustaf Olsson currently serves as Kommunchef at Ulricehamns kommun since March 2021. Prior roles include Kommundirektör at Skara kommun from August 2017 to March 2021, and Barn och Utbildningschef at Skövde kommun from August 2010 to September 2017, overseeing educational services from preschool to high school for approximately 2000 employees. Gustaf also held various leadership positions in Försvarsmakten from June 1989 to June 2010, including company and battalion commander, and responsibilities related to the Nordic Battle Group and military intelligence. Educational qualifications include completion of the Command and General Staff College and Försvarshögskolans chefsprogram, alongside ongoing studies in Next Public Management.
