Rodrigo Villalobos Parra is an environmental coordinator at Municipalidad de Renca since June 2019, responsible for coordinating environmental projects and providing technical support on-site. Prior to this role, Rodrigo worked as the operations recycling manager at DEGRAF, overseeing daily material influx and coordination with external transport. Experience also includes a position as an operations executive at RECUPAC S.A., managing the collection of recyclable materials from retail chains and coordinating logistics services for various formats. Earlier in their career, Rodrigo served as a technical draftsman at Chilectra, focusing on electrical networks in the metropolitan region. Educational qualifications include a degree in Quality and Environmental Management and diplomas in waste management control and environmental legislation from Instituto Profesional IACC.
