Philip Hebert, P. Eng. is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over 18 years in project management and operations within the construction industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Dexter Construction since July 2010, Philip oversees Moncton operations while managing diverse projects in the Greater Moncton Area and Nova Scotia, including airport runway rehabilitation and infrastructure improvements. Previous roles include Project Engineer at LES GRANDS TRAVAUX SOTER, where Philip contributed to major concrete highway projects, and Project Manager at Société Service Signalisation, focusing on traffic control for significant highway undertakings. An early internship at InfraGuide involved collaboration with national experts to advance sustainable municipal infrastructure. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Université de Moncton.
