Richard Malingumu is an experienced professional in Soil Science with a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Soil Sciences from Makerere University, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute. Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer in Soil Science at Muni University since January 2020, Richard has previously worked as a Research Assistant and Consultant at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), where responsibilities included geo-survey, biophysical surveys, and data management. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Assistant Researcher in the IITA-ZOA project and Agricultural Extension Worker at the Arua District Farmers Association. Richard's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Land Use and Management from Makerere University and secondary education at St. Josephs College Ombachi.
