Franklin Foster is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various firms. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Propel Equity, an investment firm focused on transformational growth for lower-middle market companies, Franklin also contributes as a board member for multiple organizations, including Strive - The Employee Experience Solution, Innofiber, and Munetrix. Previously, Franklin founded Essex Bay Capital and held the position of Managing Director at Audax Group for over 15 years. Additional past roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at Coast Crane Company and Associate at NEBC, following an early career as a Financial Analyst at Citi. Franklin holds a degree from Middlebury College and graduated from Middlesex School.
