Kyle Beaty has extensive experience in digital marketing and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Marketing and Communications at Muncie Power Products since February 2015. Previously, Kyle held various positions at Muncie Power Products, including Customer Service Director, where responsibilities included oversight of customer service operations. Prior to this, Kyle worked at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. as a Loss Prevention Supervisor, focusing on asset protection and compliance audits. Kyle’s career also includes a role as Quality Control Supervisor at ASAP Properties, Inc., managing quality practices and ensuring compliance among staff and contractors. Kyle began the professional journey at Ball State University as a Student Operations Assistant. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Ball State University, along with experience from a Study Abroad Program at the University of Westminster.
