Noa Martinsen is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the education sector. Currently serving as Principal at Multnomah Education Service District since August 2021, Noa has previously held positions as Interim Principal and Vice Principal. In prior roles at Waterloo School District, Noa functioned as an Administrator (K-8), overseeing summer school programs and supporting the K-8 Principal, along with serving as a Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher and Athletic Director. Noa's earlier experience includes roles in school districts such as the School District of Bayfield, where responsibilities encompassed special education instruction and athletic program management, as well as serving as a Nutrition Consultant at Animal Elite. Noa holds various educational certifications, including a Principal certification and a Master of Education degree, showcasing a solid foundation in educational leadership and a commitment to fostering inclusive environments for all students.
