Yadira Escalera Medina possesses extensive experience in materials management and logistics, currently working at Multitech Industries Inc. since December 2021 and serving as a Materials Supervisor for Purchasing and Logistics at Lear Corporation since April 2012. Responsibilities include FIFO control, inventory accuracy, logistics for three maquila plants, management of incoming materials from the border, and communication with suppliers regarding release requirements. Additionally, Yadira has held managerial roles in materials management and coordination of logistics at a confidential company and Pieles y acabados. Yadira holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de León, attained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administrative Engineering, specializing in Human Resources, from the same institution, completed in 2008.
