Janice Cherkis is the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America since July 2022. Previously, she held the role of Director of Human Capital at JerseySTEM from November 2019 to July 2022. With a background in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Janice has held various roles at Lonza Group from July 1993 to June 2003, culminating in the position of division Head of HR/OE. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Rutgers University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
