Geert Reyniers has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2004, they served as the Marketing & Sales Director Hospitals at Bristol Myers Squibb. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Stryker, first as the Managing Director for Belgium-Luxembourg and then as the General Manager for Benelux-Nordics.
Geert then joined AbbVie as the Customer Excellence Director for Western Europe & Canada from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they served as the Global Vice President of Digital Health at Novo Nordisk, where they developed and implemented the company's digital health strategy.
In 2019, Geert became the Chairman of the Advisory Board for The 5th Conference on Digital Health, contributing to shaping the future of healthcare. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Multipharma before becoming their CEO in 2021.
Geert also holds various board member positions. Geert is a Board Member for FOD Economie / SPF Economie / FPS Economy, FONDATION P&V STICHTING, OPHACO, and Febecoop.
Geert Reyniers has a diverse education history. In 1983, they obtained a Master's degree in Pharmacy and became a registered pharmacist at KU Leuven. Later on, in 1990, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from the same institution. Geert then continued their education by attending the London Business School in 2002, where they completed a program called "Essentials of Leadership." In 2003, they enrolled in a Finance for Executives program at INSEAD, and in 2006, they completed the INSEAD Executive Master in Change (previously known as the Diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology). Most recently, Geert participated in the Stryker Leadership at Harvard Program at Harvard Business School, which they began in 2011.
