Roi Dover has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Sightful since April 2024. Previously, Roi held the VP of Engineering position at Locusview from November 2021 to April 2024 and served as Executive VP of Engineering at OwnBackup from May 2020 to November 2021. Prior roles include VP of Engineering at Varonis, managing over 350 global engineering, QA, and Tier 4 personnel across multiple locations, and leading various engineering teams in product management, design, and quality assurance. Roi's earlier career includes team leadership positions at Oberon Media and Aliroo, along with software engineering roles at Monosphere and SanGate. Educational qualifications include an MSC in Computer Science and a Secondary Degree in Computer Science, both from Bar-Ilan University, and a BA in Logistics and Economics.
