Rogier K. currently serves as Managing Director at Multilease since September 2024. Previously, Rogier K. was a Mentor for VC founders at Antler from October 2023 to September 2024, supporting driven entrepreneurs in building impactful companies. From July 2015 to October 2023, Rogier K. held various roles at LeasePlan, including Managing Director, where responsibilities focused on implementing strategic initiatives and preparing for sale, as well as serving as Finance Director and Senior Business Manager. Prior experience includes consultancy at Vita Coaching & Consulting, executive coaching for startups, and multiple leadership positions at LeasePlan from 1998 to 2012, contributing to global strategies and profitability management. Rogier K. holds a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University and furthered education at INSEAD and the Centre of Creative Leadership, among others.
