Tyler Henderson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in team leadership and process improvement. Currently serving as Billing Team Lead at Conservice since October 2017, Tyler has successfully managed the billing accuracy and timeliness for over 600 communities while leading the team to adapt to competing directives. Previous roles at Conservice included Assistant Team Lead and Billing Manager, where Tyler focused on training team members and enhancing billing processes. Earlier experience includes a Paraprofessional role at Burton Elementary School, where Tyler introduced safer handling methods for students with disabilities, as well as a Department Manager position at Walmart, improving inventory management. Tyler also worked as Day Support Staff at Sequel Youth and Family Services, where innovative recovery methods were developed for students in wilderness scenarios. Tyler holds an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Skagit Valley College and furthered education at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
