Geigo Powell is a licensed real estate agent at Promiseland Properties LLC since February 2024 and currently serves as a community manager at Grand Peaks since September 2023. Previously, Geigo held the position of luxury community manager at Greystar from April 2022 to September 2023 and worked as a business manager at Lincoln Property Company from March 2020 to April 2022, focusing on luxury lease-up and new development in Downtown Atlanta.
