Wendy Flavien is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in health and customer strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Strategy Officer at Multicap Limited since April 2020, Wendy has also held significant leadership roles as Chief Information Officer at RSL Care since April 2012 and Chief Integration Officer at RSL Care Limited until April 2020. Additionally, Wendy served as Ex Chief Integration Officer at Bolton Clarke during the same period. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer at Blue Care from October 2008 to March 2012 and Director of eHealth at Queensland Health from August 2006 to September 2008. Wendy holds a Master's degree from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 2000 and 2003.
