Sunil Kalavathi is currently the Director of Engineering at Multi-Fab Products, LLC, where he oversees the manufacturing and selling of aftermarket parts for loading dock equipment and specialty door parts. Prior to his current role, he was the Engineering Services Manager at Kohler Co., where he managed budget planning and execution for the Engines division. He also served as the General Manager on an Expat assignment to set up and build operations for the India Tech Center of Kohler Company. With a background in CAD/CAM engineering, Sunil has worked on critical component design and development projects for companies like Mercury Marine and Ingersoll Rand. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production from Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
