Neil Owen has extensive experience in infrastructure management, currently serving as the Global Infrastructure Manager at MCC Label since April 2018. Previously, Neil held the position of Head of Infrastructure at Spear from May 2000 to April 2018. Neil's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Bath and Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
