Nubia Gutierrez, SHRM- CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nubia started their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Generalist at Hospitality Enterprises. Nubia then joined Mullin in 2016, where they held various roles, including Human Resource Manager and Director of Human Resources. Their role as Director of Human Resources at Mullin started in April 2023 and continues until the present. Their experience includes managing HR functions, implementing HR strategies, and overseeing staff development.

Nubia Gutierrez, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Performance and Health Promotion from the University of New Orleans. Nubia attended the university from 2013 to 2015.
