Billie O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2024. Most recently, they work as the CFO - Transition & Integration at Müller UK & Ireland, overseeing the transition of Milk & More to Freshways. Prior to this role, they founded and served as the CEO of NOVA Community, a membership-based organization focused on promoting women in leadership. Billie also worked as a Committee Member & Treasurer at The Twenty Club, a private members dining club for retail executives.

Billie has held various finance-related positions throughout their career. Billie served as the Chief Financial Officer at Milk & More, a £170m turnover business, and as the Digital Finance Director at Selfridges, where they were responsible for driving top-line and profitable growth for the digital business. Billie also worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where they held roles such as Finance Director / Business Programme Director and Head of Finance - M&A and Integration, supporting the company's global process and system transformation.

Earlier in their career, Billie worked at Esporta Health & Fitness Clubs, Cardinal Health, and Marks and Spencer in various finance roles.

Currently, they are also involved as a NED & Advisor at GG Wildlife Experiences Ltd, a tourism business offering wildlife adventures and photography experiences.

Billie O'Connor attended Kingston University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a BA degree in Business with French, with a 2:1 grade. Billie then studied at Kaplan International College London from 2004 to 2007, focusing on Accounting and obtaining a CIMA qualification. Prior to university, they attended Rochester Grammar School for Girls from 1993 to 2000, achieving 10 GCSEs and 3 A Levels.
