Ujjwal Maity is an experienced program manager with a demonstrated history of implementing livelihood, skill development, and environmental resilience programs. Currently serving as a Program Manager at MUKTI since November 2022, Ujjwal is responsible for the overall execution of inter-connected projects. Previous roles include Program & Operations Manager at Janakalyan Samity, where Ujjwal oversaw the Rural Livelihood Program and various skill development initiatives, as well as Area Manager of Operations at Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd., managing government skill development projects. Ujjwal has also worked as a Program Coordinator at Jana Small Finance Bank, a Project Coordinator at Khanrapara Rural Social Welfare Society, and a Project Associate at Dr. Reddy's Foundation, focusing on community development and stakeholder engagement. Ujjwal holds degrees in Community Development, Development Sociology, International Relations, and Strategic Management.
