Ritesh Seal is a seasoned operations and supply chain executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Supply Chain at GreenPoint Ag since May 2022, Ritesh previously co-founded Mukti, a non-profit organization focused on socio-economic development for marginalized communities in India. Ritesh has held key positions including Senior Director of Technical Operations at ACSI, where strategic visions led to significant operational improvements, and Senior Product Manager at RTI International Metals, overseeing impactful turnarounds and cost reductions. Additional experience includes Senior Technical Strategy Manager at Clipper Windpower and Senior Engineering and Quality Manager at Texas Instruments. Ritesh holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an Executive Management certification from MIT Sloan School of Management.
