Head Of Ecommerce - Europe at MUJI Europe Holdings Limited

Chuan Huang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they are the Head of Ecommerce - Europe at MUJI Europe Holdings Limited since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at QuantMetrix as a Non Executive Director and Partner and Director of Digital Analytics from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Global Head Of Ecommerce at ALEXACHUNG.

Before that, Chuan worked at Ralph Lauren as a Senior Manager Digital Trading from 2015 to 2018, where they managed the digital trading of multiple European countries and implemented UX improvement projects. Chuan was also an Online Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager at Deckers Brands (UGG Australia, Teva, Hoka) from 2014 to 2015, overseeing web content and supporting digital marketing efforts.

Other previous roles include Ecommerce Trading Manager at Lacoste Footwear - Pentland Brands from 2011 to 2014, where they managed Lacoste's EMEA sites and launched webstores in China. Chuan also founded PharmaChemia.com - Online Health & Beauty in 2009, managing site launch, customer acquisition, and supplier management.

Chuan's earlier experience includes being a Buyer at ColArt from 2008 to 2009, and a Procurement and Supply Manager at OSM AB from 2005 to 2008. Chuan began their career as an Export Marketing Manager at Ningbo CONDA Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. from 2003 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Chuan has demonstrated expertise in ecommerce, digital analytics, online merchandising, and international trade.

Chuan Huang completed a Bachelor of Science in E-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Zhejiang University between 1999 and 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Chuan Huang pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Stockholm School of Economics.
