Mariana Martinez, LCPC, PhD Candidate, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Domestic Violence at Mujeres Latinas en Acción since June 2023 and as a Psychotherapist with Starks Therapy Group since December 2019. Mariana has held various impactful roles including Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health Consultant at Erie Neighborhood House, Care Manager at Esperanza Health Centers, and Wellness and Trauma Specialist at The Journey Forward. With a strong background in counseling individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds, Mariana focuses on providing family therapy, psycho-education, and supporting community mental health initiatives. Mariana's academic journey includes ongoing doctoral studies in Forensic Psychology at Walden University, complemented by a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.
