Adam has a diverse background in human resources, having held various roles including Human Resources Management Professional Advisory Group Member at Edinburgh Napier University and member of the Management Board at Muirhouse Housing Association Limited. Previous positions include Regional Director of People at Virgin Hotels, where Adam played a key role in the brand's European launch, and People Partner for Student Roost, overseeing strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites.
