Kristin Leayman serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Air Products, leading a team that supports a distributed workforce of 3,200 employees in North America and Canada amid significant growth and transformation. With extensive experience in human resources across various industries, Kristin has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Human Resources at Olympus Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a $2 million budget and providing strategic HR support to corporate functions. In addition to corporate roles, Kristin is currently an adjunct professor at Muhlenberg College, teaching a class focused on Diversity and Inclusion. Kristin holds an M.B.A. in Management from DeSales University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Penn State University, bringing a strong academic foundation to a career dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
